Who are we?

VONROC is one of the fastest growing E-Commerce companies in the Netherlands and one of the pioneers in the industry internationally adopting a Direct to Consumer (D2C) approach. Established in 2017, we are now active in 17 countries across Europe. We operate with 15 nationalities from our offices in Zwolle and Shanghai and sell through our own website, VONROC.com (VONROC.pt will be your challenge), and through marketplaces like Amazon and Worten.

What does your day look like?

You start the day by running and analysing various (automated) reports and scans. You will identify issues such as inventory management, reviews, availability, sales trends, sales numbers, and margins. You make sure these reports lead to an up-to-date assortment at a competitive price, which are available on our marketplaces and websites with accurate and good product information/content. Together with the marketplaces and online marketing department, you come up with smart and unique actions and promotions, always aiming for the optimal balance between sales volume, revenue, and margin with the goal of achieving #1 rankings on the Portuguese platforms you are responsible for.

 

What will you do?

- You will be (co-)responsible for the results of websites and platforms in the Portuguese market.
- Keeping and optimizing content and product offerings up-to-date across various platforms and web shops.
- Inventory management to always have your best-selling products available.
- Proactively responding to product and platform reviews.
- Identifying increases and decreases in product demand and determining the causes.
- Conducting price analyses to achieve the optimal revenue/margin ratio.
- Independently executing projects such as benchmarks and online marketing actions.
- Conceiving, creating, and processing content – Content is King.

 

What do we expect from you?

- Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
- Affinity with E-Commerce and knowledgeable about the latest trends and developments.
- Accurate working and strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a great sense of responsibility.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability.
- Excellent command of the Portuguese language in speech and writing (Spanish is a plus).
